For our first blog of the new year, and indeed, a new decade, we look forward with much enthusiasm to what the coming months will bring.
New Dawn
The first thing on the horizon is that on January 31st, 2020, the UK will finally leave the European Union federal state. This event heralds a brave new world in practically every aspect of British business. The following months will be spent busily forging partnerships. We hope to see a boost in the tourism sector, now that things are settling in a singular direction after three and a half years of confusion.
New Hope
It goes without saying that we here at Your London Tours will always endeavour to offer our clients great value. But now, the country as a whole is preparing to be more competitive with our European neighbours. We expect the wider UK tourism industry to offer more incentives to visitors, in respect of accommodation, restaurants and attractions. We shall wait and see but already the signs are good.
New Tours
On a more direct level, Your London Tours are launching several tours for 2020. One to be launched soon is ‘Flight of the Eagles’. This is a tour in and around Cambridgeshire. It tells the story of the US 8th Air Force which flew multiple deadly missions during World War II. The tour features the famous story of the Flying Fortress Memphis Belle. Details upcoming. And don’t forget, our Mayflower 400 tour is now up and running. This tour commemorates the four centuries since the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for the New World.
New Direction
Your London Tours chief administrator Frank Martins said: “With the effective Relaunch of Britain in 2020, there is so much to look forward to, with value for money top of the agenda. So, if you are planning a European tour, make sure the UK is top of your itinerary, and make Your London Tours the first port of call for a trip to remember.”
