Your London Tours is an independent operator based in London offering driving tours, walking tours and interior tours in London and the UK for couples, families and private groups. Established in 2005, we endeavour to focus on an enjoyable tour experience, value for money and customer care.

The name ‘Your London Tours’ together with the eye logo is a UK Registered Trade Mark (UK00003198138). Search the UK government trademark website for 'Your London Tours'.

Private driving tour services in the UK must be licenced by the appropriate local authority. Your London Tours operates under Transport for London (TFL) licence #2114. Search licence #2114 at the TFL Operator Licence Checker under the Driver Guides Association entry.

BEWARE! You are taking a substantial risk booking operators who use vehicles without the appropriate private hire licence. Always check with the relevant local authority.

To guide professionally in the UK you must be registered with the Institute of Tour Guides (ITG) and hold a relevant qualification through them. The recognised accreditation is the Blue Badge which allows the holder to conduct tours on coaches, in private vehicles and on foot. All guides working for Your London Tours will carry the Blue Badge. You can check their names by entering them on the ITG website.

BEWARE! A number of operators are not licensed or insured to offer tours. You are taking a substantial risk booking tours with operators who employ unqualified 'guides'. Always check with the ITG that they have relevant accreditation.

● Variety:
Over 4,000 tour combinations - more choice than any UK tour agent.
● Value:
The best price direct to you - avoiding agency fees and concierge commissions.
● Service:
Professionally trained qualified staff. Don't risk tours with amateur operators.
● Repute:
Recommended by the travel industry, the travel media and our customers.

Your own personal guide will meet you directly at your hotel or place of residence.
The guide conducts the tour within most attractions, giving you a personal insight.
Tours are not rigidly structured, allowing you more flexibility.
Clients have time to visit places properly, with time to 'stand and stare',
Tours can be balanced for contrast, eg, one castle and one garden, or theme based.

We do! But with a greater choice of options. What we try to avoid is the set-tour menu offered by most of the other operators. These are structured to suit large groups with strict service schedules and facilities, and follow main bus or coach access routes, etc. Under such limitations, visitors often end up seeing very little. Our formats are exclusively devised and researched by our specialist staff, and based around a theme or localised area, allowing clients time to explore venues or attractions in a relaxed and enjoyable way. Click here for our private tours vs coach tour comparison.

Aw, shucks! Well, you can book with us direct, thus avoid paying unnecessary commission to agents or the 25% 'cut' to London concierges for passing on business. We maintain one simple price plan, and publish prices and explanatory notes for ALL our services. We will also recommend another trusted operator if we cannot take your booking.

On the service tours, you pay in advance for all entrances to the venues and attractions on the tour, whether you want to visit them or not. Also, access is only allowed as part of a group. On our tours, we let YOU choose which entrances to pay for on the day. This allows you a more flexible itinerary. Your guide will also try to take you to a fast-track entrance whenever possible. We do not seek a 'cut' on entrance fees and will take advantage of any discounts or special offers for entrances and pass them on to you.

An appropriate restaurant, traditional pub or a sandwich stop can be arranged by your guide for lunch. Alternatively, you may want to bring a pre-packed lunch. It's your tour, it's your choice. The guide will usually take a rest during the lunch period. Note: We only recommend tried and trusted lunch or refreshments options. We do not seek a 'cut' for taking clients into premises. Also, we promote gift or craft shops only on their merit. We do not seek a 'cut' for passing on your business.

You can navigate to any page within the site with just one click via the menu on the top left or the menu at the base of the page. Each tour has its own dedicated page. It starts with key tour info, followed by a descriptive itinerary, a price-list, instructions for booking, and other useful details. The round images on the left hand column link to the other tours within the category you have selected. The rectangular images on the right hand column link to our top ten tours. We have recently returned from our short visit to London and I had to let you know how much my family and I appreciate the services you provided. We spent two short days in London and 3 days in Paris. All of us agreed that our favorite part of our trip was the tour that your guide gave our family on our first afternoon in London. The guide was interesting, fun, and provided a wealth of information and fun stories. Most of all, he truly included my children (ages 11 and 9) in the tour and kept them fascinated with his stories. Please pass along our gratitude. We look forward to using your services on our next trip to London.
Morsbach family, USA 2012.

My wife and our mothers who are 75 and 85 years old just completed a lovely 3-day country tour. I want to thank you for our guide. He is all that one could expect in a great guide and more. Intelligent, well informed and passionate about what he does for a living. His knowledge about England's history and development both past and present is impressive. We particularly enjoyed hearing about the etymology of many words and phrases. We learned so much and are sure we will return to see more of your lovely country.
Madrid family, USA 2012.

We recently returned from London with wonderful memories of our trip. Our guide was excellent. He made sure that we saw the places we wanted to see, provided us with in-depth information and history about each area & general information about customs, current events and much, much more. He took us for our first 'pub experience' where I had my first taste of Yorkshire Pudding! He was professional, knowledgeable with a good sense of humor and very patient. We hope to return to London and because of our good experience would definitely recommend your services to friends.
